The large, generous space of the Lodge’s lounge and entertainment area has a wonderful warm, quietness that needs to be experienced to fully appreciate and is a lovely counterpoint to the cozy, private lakefront cottages and cabins. Members of your group will be able to connect with others and retreat to solitude as they wish.
The lodge space along with the large eat-in kitchen can comfortably accommodate 16-20+ people for gatherings of all kinds. The lodge and its facilities can be part of your larger family or small groups gathering, whether you want to prepare your own meals or arrange for catering and staff. Our property is perfect for guests wanting a perfect balance of shared social spaces and very private accommodations.
Your hosts Roz and Tim will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Both guided and independent excursions to explore the wider Manitou Lake and Timagami region are available.

Lodge on the Point is the ideal destination for corporate events and social group getaways. Nestled on a < 3 acre peninsula, this property has a very strong Indigenous connection – it is part of a 6,000 year-old traditional canoe route in Anishinabek territory and previously was owned & operated by various Indigenous groups as a place of wellness.
